Refund & Replacement Policy
At Ekta Biotech – Pavitram Organic, we do not accept returns on any products. Due to the nature of wellness and consumable items, all sales are final.
No Return Policy
We follow a strict No Return Policy. Products once sold cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged Product – Replacement Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, a replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:
- A clear unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel.
- The video must clearly show the parcel, packaging, and the damaged product.
- The video should be recorded without any cuts or edits.
- The complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Verification Process
Once the unboxing video is shared with us, our team will verify the issue. If the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement only. No refunds will be issued.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any products, including damaged items. Only replacement will be provided after verification.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement shipping will be handled as per our internal policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
