No Return & No Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged Product – Replacement Only
If a product is received in a damaged condition, a replacement will be provided only if:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is recorded at the time of opening the parcel
- The video shows the sealed package, opening process, and visible damage
- The complaint is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement is subject to verification and product availability. No refunds will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
